Acho' Latte or the Latte Stone is one of the most iconic and recognizable symbols to the CHamoru people of unwavering strength.
Archeologists have dated these ancient pillars to around
1200-300 BCE. Made of basalt, limestone, and sandstones, used as foundations in the building of Ancient CHamoru' homes.
They range in size, one of the largest being on the island Tinian at the House of the CHamoru Chief Taga.
